Not receiving your order confirmation can happen if you mistyped your e-mail address, have an old e-mail address in your auto-fill settings, or our automated e-mail confirmation was mis-flagged as spam by your e-mail provider.

All packages are dispatched with a tracked service via Royal Mail. When your order is completed, an e-mail is automatically sent to you with tracking details.
